Just Karen Williams Sculptures
Karen Williams is a sculpter and artist who works from her home studio in Derbyshire. She lovingly crafts a wealth of totally unique, one of a kind
sculptures using a
unique technique that involves shaping wire and material and hardening
it before applying a number of coasts of paint. Each sculpture is finished by hand from start to finish, from the moment a design is conceived to when it is given its last coat of paint Karen is the person responsible for the crafting process. No industrial processes used and no
casts or moulds taken
so you can be certain that each sculpture is its own unique entity.
Each and every one of Karen's sculptures have their own name. This is not simply a unique identifying tag for each design but rather describes each pixie, faerie, animal or human that Karen crafts as an individual entity. Every single one of Karen's sculptures captures the spirit and charachter of the
subject at hand, and Karen is able to add a subtle
twist of humour in all of her designs. The technique that Karen uses
ensures that her pieces of art are very tough and hard-wearing making
them ideal for use in the garden and they can even be left out all year
round as long as some common sense is exercised with regards to leaving your piece of art in a puddle!
With every sculpture she produces Karen signs and dates a card and this will be shipped to you
with your piece of art when you place an order. Each piece that Karen
produces is highly collectible and much
sought after, however you can be assured that they will also bring a
smile to your face no matter where in your garden or home you decide to
place them. Just Karen Williams
Sculptures allows you to purchase a bespoke sculpture for your garden,
and own a unique piece of art that you can treasure for a lifetime.
When we set out to work on Just Karen
Williams Sculptures our developers worked tirelessly to ensure that the emphasis of the site was squarely on Karen and her wonderful artwork. The categories are logically laid out,
and a full e-commerce system has been added to the site to allow people
to purchase sculptures and pieces of art with a few simple clicks of the
mouse. A sidebar has been used to highlight the most recently added
sculptures (important to help customers stay abreast of any new
additions to the site) and the news ticker is updated regularly to
reflect this.
