Videos of the Peak District
A brand new concept in marketing one of the country’s favourite area’s has been launched by the market leaders, Peak District Online .
Using a professional video team and drawing on their wealth of experience the team at Peak District Online are producing a video catalogue of the area’s towns, village, accommodation and wildlife with its own site www.videosofthepeakdistrict.co.uk
With 29 videos to date, the Group plans to roll the programme out to another 123 towns and villages and an infinite number of accommodation venues. These can be viewed on the Group’s flagship site Peak District Online , on You Tube and now on www.videosofthepeakdistrict.co.uk
The flagship site has more than 12,000 pages of information, what’s-on and accommodation and already attracts more than visitors per month and this additional offering is sure to increase traffic and make the site even more popular.
The first video featuring the pretty village of Great Longstone was launched on the site two months ago and received 2,000 unique hits in the week it went live; since then another 28 videos have been added including bed and breakfast accommodation and some glorious wildlife that really captures the essence of the wonderful Peak District lifestyle.
The company is predicting a massive take up for businesses who want to give potential visitors a unique glimpse of their Peak District offering.
